Phil Huff Appointed CEO of BrandWatch Technologies

PORTLAND, OR, February 1, 2008 – BrandWatch™ Technologies, a global leader in the development and implementation of brand security solutions, has announced that Phil Huff has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Huff is responsible for the day-to-day operation and growth of the company.

Huff brings to the company more than 25 years executive experience as both CEO and president for companies in multiple industries. He has successfully built and grown organizations in the past, and has significant experience working with the BrandWatch investment team.

Prior to joining BrandWatch, Huff was president and CEO of Cincinnati-based eLynx, the preeminent provider of e-Signature technology and secure document delivery for the mortgage lending industry. During his time at eLynx, Huff was responsible for providing company direction and successfully secured over $40 million in outside investment, leading to the sale of the company to American Capital Strategies.

Under Huff’s leadership, BrandWatch is poised to release SpectraTagg™, a unique formulation that delivers four levels of brand security in a single taggant, in the first quarter of 2009.
